The Trapani Airport is equidistant from Trapani and Marsala railway stations. The Trapani station, connected to Palermo, Alcamo, Castellammare del Golfo, etc., can be reached by bus or taxi.

TRAPANI-ERICE CABLE CAR

Passing through the bottom station in the Municipality of Erice, Casa Santa district, the system connects the city of Trapani to the Erice summit, along a 3099 meter path which runs over the old funicular railway built at the end of the 1950s. The system is equipped with night lighting (allowing it to operate also at night), and with cabs for disabled passengers and for bycicle boarding.
